Dan Williams as Parthenon Dan Williams is originally from a small town in Northwest Indiana. He graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelors degree in Interdisplinary Engineering with a focus in Telecommunications. During his seven year career at Walt Disney World he held various positions ranging from attractions host at Tower of Terror to a character performer. Upon completion of his degree he began his professional career at the Disney University starting as a Production Services Assistant. Within several months more responsibilities were given to him due to his knowledge, skill, and work ethic. The unusual blend of his creativity and his technical skills enabled him to rapidly advance within the Disney Company. He became a Project Coordinator concentrating on creative design; while at the same time also contributing as a computer and technology specialist. His role allowed him the opportunity to work on such projects as: designing multiple large scale wall murals, development and implementation of several customized database software programs, designing a variety of logos & graphics, creating 86 original art pieces for all 14 locations of the Disney Learning Centers in both Florida and California, and contributing on interactive online educational experiences. Dan started his career at IADT-Orlando, as an adjunct
facilitator in the fashion department. He soon realized how much he enjoyed
working with students and helping them to push their own creative skills
to new levels. He continues this today as IADT-Orlando's Multimedia Program
Chair. |
